Planning the Day’s Meals:

Simply flick through your favorite breakfast, lunch, dinner, dessert and snack recipes from your treasured recipe books and then decide—right now—which three meals you’re going to have TOMORROW. Make a quick trip to the fridge and pantry to make sure you have all the recipe items on hand. If not, now’s your chance to pick a different recipe and pick up items later on that you’ve just discovered you are running low on or are completely out of. There’s a space on each daily page for that reminder too!

Next, head on over to tomorrow’s page in the 'daily foods' section of the journal and write down the recipe’s name along with its Protein, Fat, Net Carbs, Cals amounts—with one recipe/meal title in each allotted space—for breakfast, lunch, dinner, dessert and snack.
