Fast Fuel for the Work-From-Home Life

If you work from home, you already know how easy it is to skip meals—or worse, grab junk just to keep going. But real food doesn’t have to mean a long kitchen session. This is my hub for fast meals for work-from-home days that won’t leave you sluggish or hangry by 2 p.m.

Fast Fuel Work-From-Home ideas

These are go-to recipes I actually use—like my Keto Mini Pizza Hack (ready in minutes) and Linda’s 1-10-10 Chicken, which is so juicy you’ll think it came from a restaurant. Whether you’re blogging, creating, or in Zoom call #5 of the day, these quick bites keep your energy up without pulling you away from your work.

Where Did the 1-10-10 Chicken Method Come From?

When I asked my friend Linda—who runs Anti-Aging Beauty Zone and is my go-to for all things skincare and wellness—where she discovered this brilliant chicken trick, she laughed and said:

“Oh gosh, Susan, I don’t remember where I saw that. It was over 15 years ago—so it’s been around a while. But lots of recipes use it, so I don’t know who you should credit. It wasn’t me... I wish!!!”

So while we can’t trace the original inventor, I can tell you this: it works. Linda makes healthy meals all the time, and when she shares one? I pay attention.

This 1-10-10 chicken method is now one of my favorite fast fuel go-tos—juicy, easy, and no-fuss.
