Welcome to Susan's
Weekly Menu Planner
and Daily Food Log!
A handy weight-loss tracker is ideal for planning out your weekly menus—weekly shopping list included.
We make it easy to log your daily food intake. The easier you make it, the more likely you are to stick with your weight-loss diet. Having a way to “keep track” keeps you on track.
This book is ideal for those of you who don't want to use a computer. Have you noticed every time you want to add something to an online tracker on your computer, it's always when you've just turned the dang thing off? To combat that, this book was born.
You can pop it in your purse, or keep it handy in the kitchen. Add to it during the day.
What I love about it is the shopping list section.
On the left-hand side of the book, once every week, you'll see the Grocery List where you can jot down needed food items. There's also a sidebar to add Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner meals (a rough title of what you ate!) The next seven pages are for each day's meals.
Look, they say a picture is worth a thousand words, so here goes!
The following 7 pages (for that week) are your Food Logs. I separated these daily food logs into four sections:
and each meal’s chart has the
and their respective
We’ve also included an area to add up your totals for the day.
Now we’ve armed you with a fun, quick, and easy tool to keep track. It’s your job to choose healthy fruits and veggies, low-fat dairy products, and low-added sugar foodstuffs. And get some exercise!
This Weight Loss Tracker: Weekly Menu Planner and Daily Food Log for Six Months will, as the name implies, keep you going for six full months!
This Weekly Menu Planner and Daily Food Log has an area for you to write what you’re going to eat each day, like cereal for Breakfast, soup for Lunch, and a salad for Dinner, as mentioned earlier.
In today's chaotic world, staying on top of healthy eating can feel near impossible without proper planning and tracking. That is why our comprehensive Weekly Menu Planner and Daily Food Log is a must-have weight management tool. This easy-to-use journal makes it simple and stress-free to organize balanced meals and monitor your diet.
Unlike fad diets promising quick fixes, our planner focuses on developing sustainable lifestyle habits for weight control. Research shows that diligently recording meals and snacks - rather than mentally estimating - can double a dieter's weight loss progress. But we make tracking calories effortless, from our handy portable size measuring 6" x 9" and can fit in your purse, for on-the-go entries.
Each week's two-page spread includes an overview to schedule breakfast, lunch and dinner, plus space to itemize needed groceries. This way healthy ingredients are always stocked in your refrigerator (or pantry!) when hunger strikes, preventing impulsive convenience grabs of stuff you know you shouldn't be eating which sabotage goals.
Because regularly logging food keeps you feeling accountable and motivated to stay on track when temptation looms, consistency is key. Our planner has your back, simplifying success mapping as a customized roadmap guiding your personalized health aspirations. With loads of entries - for a full six months! - in our paperback format, we handle the tracking so you can focus on real life...and results!
